Private Home  and Parking Space

Charger to be mounted on external wall or garage

Cable route not more than 10m and less than 2m above ground level

Up to one hole to be drilled through wall

Existing electricity supply is suitable

Equipotential Bonding is fitted to gas, water, and any other services where required

Consumer Unit & associated items are in suitable condition and comply with BS7671:2018+A2:2022

Consumer Unit has spare non-RCD protected way

Consumer unit manufacturer produces double pole or switched neutral RCBO's - mixed brands devices not acceptable

Consumer unit has surge protection fitted
